A team of soldiers and a scientist arrive by military jeep in a ruined Middle Eastern village. They descend into an ancient underground cave beneath a former construction site and discover a strange organic egg anchored to the ground by roots and fleshy membranes. The scientist examines the object, which shows signs of life. Tentacles suddenly emerge, attack the team and restrain the soldiers. The scene shifts into an explicit confrontation involving tentacle creatures, a facehugger and a massive sexual organ emerging from the egg. One female soldier ends up partially undressed and attempts to flee through the dark tunnels. Dark, claustrophobic and explicit video blending exploration, horror and interspecies sexual content in a desert ruin environment.
