I thought the world had forgotten me. It was cold. 12inches of snow. Worse, it was Christmas day. I was bundled up, coiled up under a layer of cashmere blanket by the fireplace. It felt good, the warmth to my face. I sipped a large cup of mocha, a cloud of marshmallow floated on top. Ding dong rang the door bell, in reaction I jump and snapped my neck towards the door. 8.15pm the clock warned me. So slowly I inched towards the door. Cracked it open slowly , while my heart raced. “Package for Ms. Stephani Yhaus” he said in a quivering voice. I had some weather related trouble that why her Package came late. “Are you Ms. Yhaus”. No, no, I am Lea, a friend. She is out of town. I invited him in to warm up after he confirmed this was his last stop. He was funny and very shy. But he had game, in a weird way. He ended up not spending the night but certainly left a huge pack in me. It dripped out slowly all night.
